National TSA announced changes to the official TSA dress at the National Conference in Dallas in June 2011. The most noticeable change was that of the blue shirt. After much discussion at the PA-TSA Board of Directors’ meeting this summer at Bucknell University, the decision was made to adhere to the following policy at the State Conference:
