All students attending any PATSA sponsored conference (including regional, , state and summer leadership conferences) MUST have PATSA Conference Participant forms completed. This paperwork must be signed by the Advisor, Principal, Parent and Student and contains important information such as: Dress Code, Medical/Health History, Travel Consent, Code of Conduct, etc.All student information is confidential and shall be kept on site by the advisor while attending these conference.
